The Position

The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of reports supporting the PMO team. This position will be responsible for data compilation, data management, data analysis, and reporting. The Reporting Analyst will report to the D365 Solutions Architect.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business reports associated with a wide variety of data sets used for analysis, modeling and predicting to enable business decisions
  • Present well-organized, easily understood reports, analysis and summaries of findings to all levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to research, develop, and document new standard reports and processes

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technologies or related field preferred

Skills & Relevant Work Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
  • Experience with data modeling
  • Proven ability creating reports/dashboards related to inventory, AP, AR revenue, etc.
  • Advance proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Azure, Power BI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Bottomline reporting
  • General ERP knowledge
