Stenograph LLC has an outstanding opportunity for a Technical Support Representative based in our Elmhurst, Il location. We are looking for an individual who is seeking growth in a well-established company building relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide efficient, accurate, professional technical support to Stenograph customers, both internal and external.

  • Data Base Maintenance:

    • Keep records of customer interactions, create orders, leads and service documents.

  • Increase Technical competency:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, test new hardware and software, and resolving issues with our hardware and software.

Job Requirements

  • Associatesdegree highly preferred or 3-5 years previous customer service experience or 1-3 years working within a technical support center.

  • Working knowledge of PCs and Windows Operating Systems.

  • PC troubleshooting experience a plus, with WiFi, Bluetooth, and USB devices.

  • IOS and web browser knowledge required.

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
