Master Scheduler

ANCRA INTERNATIONAL, LLC Azusa, CA (Onsite) Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules, work orders, and purchase requisitions within the MRP system (Manage 2000 preferred).
  • Identify and manage long-lead-time and pacing items; create and maintain shortage reports to track and mitigate schedule risks.
  • Coordinate priorities and communicate schedule requirements across departments including machining, purchasing, receiving, quality, and shipping.
  • Expedite critical items and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays proactively to support customer delivery requirements.
  • Monitor the flow of materials and parts through various processes (e.g., machining, outside processing, receiving, and inspection).
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify bottlenecks, track performance, and forecast scheduling demands.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams while maintaining a professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • Support internal audits and adhere to company policies, AS9100 quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts by analyzing scheduling gaps and recommending process enhancements.
  • Follow up on outstanding or critical actions with relevant departments to ensure completion.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace manufacturing highly preferred).
  • MRP system experience is required (Manage 2000 experience strongly preferred).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and Macros for data analysis and schedule optimization.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 10 hours per day.
