Assembly Operator

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Red & Green Assembly Department as Assembly Operators. This role offers a unique Pay-for-Skills program, giving you the opportunity to increase your pay as you learn new skills and advance through multiple levels.

Whether you're new to manufacturing or have experience, we provide training and a clear path for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble products using hand and pneumatic tools
• Follow work instructions and production orders
• Stage work area with required parts and tools
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Track and record production output
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Report any issues with parts, tools, or quality
• Assemble, test and troubleshoot complete machines
• Ensure full product functionality and quality before shipment
• Support team members and assist with training as you grow

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude (experience with tools is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements

• Stand for most of the shift (70–85%)
• Lift up to 50–60 lbs
• Frequent bending, twisting, and walking
• Ability to use hand and power tools

Work Environment

• Indoor manufacturing setting
• Independent and team-based work
• Fast-paced production environment
