Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.

• Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery and systems.

• Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.

• Maintain and secure work tools.

• Clean and maintain work area.

• Turn off and lock equipment when needed.

• Provide on the job training to new maintenance employees.

• Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.

• Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.

• Install, test, repair and troubleshoot various pneumatic and CNC controls.

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on CNC machinery

• Perform installations, repairs, and Preventative Maintenance

• Responsible for cleanliness of his/her own work area and the general housekeeping of the Company.

• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least three years of repair/maintenance experience within a large manufacturing environment supporting heavy machinery and equipment

• Must have troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawing and electrical schematics.

• Dedication to complete duties so production staff can meet delivery requirements

• Computer skills and basic math
