Summary:

The Deburr Associate will follow and take guidance, and instruction from the Deburr Lead. This position is responsible for deburring and cleaning CNC parts.

Description:

  • Know and follow all departmental policies and SOP's.
  • Attention to detail is needed, performing visual checks for defects on parts.
  •  Display good attendance and work ethic.
  • Work diligently on the company’s top priorities - safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • The ability to run abrasive equipment.
  • Perform other duties as required such as supporting other production areas.
  • Ensure that departmental work is performed in a safe manner according to company safety standards.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  •  High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of the company’s products, equipment, and safety protocol.
  • Team player, positive attitude, good communication skills.
