Aftermarket Outside Parts Representative
Key Performance Areas
Sales Achievement
Meet or exceed sales targets for OE Parts.
Follow-up on quotes and track the success of sales efforts.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
Customer Inquiries and Information
Answer customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about OE parts.
Offer detailed product information, specifications, pricing, and availability.
Order Processing and Management
Process customer orders, changes, and returns in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures.
Ensure all customer orders are entered accurately and timely into the system.
Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Customer Service
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their orders are fulfilled.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the sales process and customer experience.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Manage customer accounts and maintain up-to-date records of interactions and transactions.
Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Product Knowledge and Promotion
Maintain in-depth knowledge of OE parts and their applications.
Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Promote OE parts through various channels, including phone calls and emails.
Job Requirements
Experience and Education
Experience: Preferred 3 years of experience in parts sales, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred college degree.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and relationship building abilities.
Other Skills
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and order processing systems.
Strong computer skills with proficiency with various Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Workdays and time will depend on what is agreed on with the hiring manager (M-F 8am-4:30pm, T-F 6am-4:30pm, M-Th 6am-4:30pm).
