Position Summary

Located in Warrenville, IL, the D365 F&O/FSCM Functional Analyst is a key asset in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the D365 system across the ITG platform, with a particular focus on Finance modules. 

  • Member of platform implementation team as Finance functional lead, participate throughout all project stages including analysis, design, development, test, and support working with the implementation consultants
  • Analyze business processes and requirements in detail, lead workshops and prepare any custom specifications
  • Understand business requirements for the companies within ITG and propose solutions to meet business needs 
  • Assist with Data Migrations, functional designs decisions and documentation
  • Assist the operating companies with testing and training as part of the D365 implementations
  • Assist with ongoing regression testing as companies implement D365 F&SCM
  • Be a part of the internal support team working with outsourced support consultants to support companies live on D365
  • Identifying continuous improvement areas for Finance functions and identifying ways to standardize and implement best practices
  • Integrate relevant independent software vendors (ISV) with D365 as applicable.
  • Gatekeeper to design and configuration changes, particularly regarding the Finance module.
  • Troubleshoot complex configuration issues
  • Partner with other functional and technical analysts to extract information from D365 into usable data for reporting and analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Must have 3–5-year experience with full life-cycle implementation of MS Dynamics D365 F&O Finance modules
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Dynamics 365 processes
  • Ability to configure and test MS Dynamics F&O/F&SCM D365 solutions
  • Knowledge about the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
  • Strong practical Finance experience gained through industry experience
  • Prior experience implementing Financial modules with MS Dynamics AX/D365
  • Experience with manufacturing or supply chain is considered an asset
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
  • Ability to travel to US locations when needed.
  • Advanced Experience with ERP financial systems.
