Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot all Power Automate issues and provide Tier 2 support responsibilities.
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint/Teams issues and provide Tier 2 support responsibilities.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting internally developed applications that have been assigned.
  • Provide updates to applications and reports to correct issues and adapt to new hardware/software requirements.
  • Provide updates to end users on project status, proposals and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance.
  • Maintain and create project, system, and helpdesk support documentation.
  • Responsible for supporting existing business processes.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and writing SQL queries for application and reporting needs.
  • Responsible for completing special projects and other duties as assigned or requested for general support of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • An associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and/ or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience or successful completion of an Internship with a Heico Construction Group company.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate platform.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Share Point platform.
  • Azure SQL and Azure Synapse experience.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally.
  • Strong ability to research, diagnose and resolve software problems in an independent environment.
