Job Description

Drives Business Results –

  • Primary point of contact for internal customers initiating work within the department or checking the status of jobs already in progress.
  • Assists with daily operation of the marketing group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics, including event production through booth scheduling and shipping, collateral coordination and premium ordering.
  • Responsible for tracking all invoices and expenses against budget.
  • Reporting regularly to marketing director and finance department on fiscal status.
  • May staff trade show and promotional events as needed.
  • Responsible for managing inventory of in-house premiums and fulfillment of contest prizes.
  • Implement marketing process. Design and carry out new marketing campaigns utilizing outside salesforce, email, websites, advertising, etc. Aids development of advertisements, flyers, marketing materials, and social media efforts to support marketing campaigns.
  • Assists with pricing processes and reporting for equipment, options, and aftermarket on an as-needed basis. Maintain repository for competitive pricing data. Conduct margin review activities and communicate pricing actions with sales team and dealer network.
  • Organize market research and marketing communications projects for internet marketing, competitive intelligence, training, dealer development, dealer communications, and product marketing.
  • Supports and coordinates with third party marketing agency and industry vendors.
  • Able to take high quality photos and videos in the field, as well as scheduling professional photographers/videographers when required.

Job Requirements

Experience and Education:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a marketing coordinator for a manufacturing agency or other company with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Education: B.A. or B.S. Degree
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication.
  • Technology:  Strong working knowledge of MS Office, graphic design and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills

Supervisory Responsibility - This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work - This is a full-time position. Work hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 

Travel – Some travel is expected for this position.

Work Environment - The position operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment such as computers, iPads, phones, copiers and filing cabinets.  The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Requirements - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
