Position:Accounts Receivable

Administrator Reports To:Accounting Manager

Location/Department: Finance/Accounting Department

The Position This position is a member of the Finance/Accounting Department. The Accounts Receivable Administrator will report directly to the Accounting Manager. The Accounts Receivable Administrator will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, collecting outstanding balances, processing and applying client payments, client billing and reporting for Bartell Machinery Systems, LLC (BMS).

Education


  • Candidates should have a Bachelors Degree with 1 year work related experience; OR an Associates Degree with 2-4 years of experience; OR 5+ years of work experience with relevant manufacturing experience in accounts receivable.

  • Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

  • Experience with automated spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office Products



Skills amp; Relevant Work Experience


  • Bookkeeping and/or job-related accounting experience Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; particularly when working with customers

  • Familiarity with letters of credit and international shipping terms (INCO) a plus
