Job Description

  • Order entry – ensures the sales order correctly reflects the customer requirements and the orders are priced correctly.
  • Responds promptly to customer inquiries, concerns and requests.
  • Manages assigned customer territory with skill and professionalism by taking care of the customer’s needs and requirements.
  • Confirms inventory availability or production schedule and communicates estimated ship dates to customers and sales team.
  • Process and track returned merchandise (RGA/RMA). Process miscellaneous credits as required.
  • Consults with scheduling, production, and shipping to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
  • Prepares various reports for management.
  • Closely follows all established policies, guidelines and pricing for customer accounts .
  • Provides timely feedback to Customer Service Manager regarding customer activity such as satisfaction with service, quality, new opportunities, complaints, etc.
  • Partners with scheduling, production, shipping and sales team to meet and exceed customer's expectations.
