Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating the planning and implementation of all projects.
  • Manage the project productivity, costs, quality and safety consistent with company policies and practices.
  • Manage assigned projects including working with local team to develop processes for delivering total electrical solutions.
  • Implement \u0026amp; maintain tracking and design software solutions for electrical construction industry.
  • Assist in the supervision of the activity and development of relevant positions including detailers, estimators, project coordinators and material coordinators.
  • Negotiate and execute sales contracts consistent with policies.
  • Support the development and coordinate material and equipment schedules and promotes their efficient use.
  • Manage and coordinate all subcontractor and vendor contracts and associated processes and procedures.
  • Perform special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or professional project management experience plus five years of experience supporting similar key position responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors.
  • Advanced knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
