Primary Responsibilities

  • Management and oversite of multiple full frame projects or very large multiple building projects.
  • Supervises other Frame PM's and provides training and development to same.
  • Increased skillset and knowledge on all responsibilities of a Frame Project Manager.
  • Responsible for sub and material supplier selections and contract negotiations.
  • Participates in sales efforts and contract scope negotiations with contractors.
  • Lead a staff of Frame Project Manager(s) and Assistant Project Manager(s).
  • Oversees management of the project productivity, costs, and safety consistent with company policies and practices.
  • Oversees management of assigned projects including working with local team to develop processes for delivering total concrete solutions.
  • Manages the development and coordination of material and equipment schedules, promoting their efficient use.
  • Oversees the monitoring of the overall safety issues on the project.
  • Ensures compliance with all company risk management expectations for subs and suppliers, tracks and forecasts project cost and manages all expenses to budget.
  • Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance company's ability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supervises the activity and development of relevant positions including detailers, estimators, project coordinators, and material coordinators.
  • Works in cooperation with other office personnel to negotiate and execute sales contracts consistent with policies.
  • Oversees the preparation of quantity surveys, formwork estimates, and project.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years' work experience performing similar primary position responsibilities and three years of experience in a management role exceeding performance expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information regarding plan layouts, material deliveries, and jobsite productivities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Advanced knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
