The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that result in revenue growth. This role includes project-based marketing and branding activities, marketing content development, social media management, and contributing to marketing campaign execution.

Responsibilities will include:

Marketing and branding activities including email campaign development and management, developing seminar and webinar events, coordinating outreach to multipliers.

Create engaging original content including posts, eblasts, surveys, graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations and more

Ensure consistency in brand voice, presence, tone, and messaging across all channels

Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of emails and social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results

Manage the tactical social media plan and editorial calendar, including writing, curating, scheduling and responding to all posts, with an emphasis on increasing our position as an industry leader

Copywriting and editing support

Assist with the creation of marketing materials and power points with emphasis on appealing graphic design

Assist with other marketing team projects as needed

Job Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelors degree required

Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Intermediate to advanced experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Able to balance multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to sales leadership

Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships

Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
