Pettibone, LLC is wholly owned by The Heico Companies, LLC, a privately held, $2B revenue company that specializes in acquiring distressed assets, improving their performance and holding them for the long term. The Heico Companies manages diverse businesses through four platforms; Metal Processing, Construction, Ancra, and Pettibone. The Pettibone Platform consists of 11 distinct companies that produce a variety of highly engineered products. Each of these businesses is run as a stand-alone company with its own P&L. The Steelastic Company is within the Pettibone LLC business.

The Position

The Marketing Manager will develop, plan, and deliver a full integrated marketing strategy for the business. Will work closely with Sales Leadership in the creation, design and implementation of integrated marketing programs focused on demand generation. Will coordinate all aspects of product marketing and marketing communications for the products and services. This includes direct responsibility for development and administration of product marketing strategies, social media, PR, oversight of all websites and trade shows.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sr. Leadership in the translation of company strategy into necessary communication imperatives and actionable items
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic - including campaigns, events/trade shows, digital marketing, webinars and PR
  • Develop, implement and maintain company’s marketing strategy to increase Brand recognition
  • Administrator of product marketing, content development/publishing, advertising, trade shows, promotional programs, social media, website content and public/analyst relations to deliver targeted messages to customers via outbound marketing programs and product launches.
  • Ensure absolute clarity on the company’s strategic direction and product portfolio in the global market. In particular the business’ long-term growth relies on sustained and effective business development and marketing to achieve broader acceptance of its extrusion-based product offering which enables ‘calenderless’ tire manufacturing
  • Promote Customer Centric Strategies/Customer Centric Culture
  • Market research of competitors, customers, markets and potential new markets and products
  • Other duties as assigned
